I’m Navin Singh, a Heal Your Life® Coach, Transformational Workshop Facilitator, and Health & Wellness Coach. I work with people who are ready to heal emotional patterns, rebuild inner strength, and live with greater clarity, balance, and purpose. My approach is grounded and practical, helping individuals understand the beliefs, habits, and experiences that quietly shape their lives.
For more than three decades, I worked in law enforcement, supporting people through some of life’s most challenging moments. That experience gave me a deep respect for human resilience and taught me the value of calm presence, compassion, and integrity—qualities that continue to guide my work today.
My practice is informed by years of training in yoga, mindfulness, and embodied disciplines, as well as my ongoing practice of taekwondo. These teachings have shaped how I understand healing—not as something purely mental or spiritual, but as something lived through the body, breath, and everyday choices. Alongside this, my background in health and wellness coaching allows me to support meaningful, sustainable change.
I’ve also studied human behavior, culture, and systems, which has deepened my understanding of how personal stories, family history, and wider social influences affect the way we think, feel, and respond to life. Growing up in South Africa and spending time exploring history, travel, and ancestral narratives has further reinforced my belief that healing is deeply connected to context and identity.
In my work, I bring together lived experience, emotional insight, and embodied practice. I don’t offer quick fixes or surface-level motivation. I offer steady guidance and practical tools that help people feel heard, supported, and empowered—so they can move forward with greater self-trust and see clarity even during life’s more difficult seasons.
